A "pied-à-terre" close to the center of Nyons

A part of the holiday home was transformed into an apartment-studio for 2-3 people. The apartment includes a air-conditioned living room with kitchen corner, a bedroom (2 beds 90x200), a bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and washing machine. A terrace on the South is just next to the living room where you can enjoy the sun in peace.

The apartment-studio is available for rental in the off-season, for example to enjoy the mild temperatures in Nyons in early spring or late autumn. Perhaps you would like to come and spend the winter in Nyons ? This studio is also available.

Bedlinen (obligatory): 8€/person. Tourist-tax (obligatory): 0.88€/day/adult

• Rental of the holiday letting takes place from Sunday to Sunday !

• Deviation from this is possible after consultation (especially in low/mid season).

• Arrival: from 16h onwards. Departure: latest 10h

• The household will have to be made at the end of your stay in the holiday rental.

• Reservation is made by paying a deposit of 20% of the rental price. The remainder of the rental price must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

• Guarantee-Deposit: 200€ 6 weeks before your arrival at the holiday rental. This guarantee will be paid back ASAP when no problems are found on the check-out of the holiday rental.
