Rental guests –
Your name, address, phone number, email address, arrival date, departure date, pool usage yes/no (if applicable) is stored as part of the registration process when you rent our house. This is so we can contact you with information and updates about your holiday. In order to be able to reimburse the guarantee deposit banking details are also temporarily stored. Your personal information is not used for any other reason.
Online interest for our house –
When contact us for information, your email address is stored as part of a general information mailing list. This mailing list is only used to receive notifications of when new rental periods are opened, updates on the house or promotion actions.
2. When do we collect your personal data ?
When you rent our holiday rental.
When you express an interest in more information or updates on our holiday rental.
3. How do we use your personal data ?
Rental guests – Your personal data is used to inform you about your holiday rental. The data are only used for your reservation, contact with the owner, update of the rental calendar and the facturation. Upon reservation, our guests accept storage of their data in the administration of Le Clos du Papoune. We do not store your data longer than required by law, solely to ensure contact regarding your holiday rental. After your holiday, you have at any time the right to ask the owners of Le Clos du Papoune to delete definitively personal data from the administration and Guest Book of Le Clos du Papoune. After your holiday, personal data are only used to keep you informed about activities and updates of Le Clos du Papoune.
General mailing list – To contact you about upcoming promotions, when new rental periods are opened or any updates on our holiday rental.
4. Who do we share your personal data with ?
We never have or will share (unless legal obligations) or sell any of your personal data to a third party.
5. Changing your preferences
We would like to ensure that all the information we have is factually correct and up to date. If you find that the personal data weI have is inaccurate or needs updating (for instance, you may have changed your name or email address) then please contact us so that we can correct it.

General mailing list – If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, you can unsubscribe by contacting us.
6. Security and retention of your personal data
Security of your personal data – We take the security of your personal data very seriously. We use an external password protected drive to store all data. The password is not shared with anyone.
Retention of your personal data – We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This means that the retention periods will vary according to the type of the data and the reason that we have the data in the first place.
7. Access to your Personal Information
