The Appartment “Tower”

A lovely rental 5 minutes from centre of Nyons

Part of the holiday rental in Nyons was modified so that it is possible to only rent the "Tower appartement" part. This part comprises: a living room with kitchen area, up to 2 bedrooms (yellow bedroom and bedroom Turret), a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, as well as access to the whole garden and all the terraces. In short, all the ingredients are there to enjoy a relaxing stay and discover Nyons, as well as the many other beautiful villages in the Drôme provençale. 

The living room has airco and gives direct access to a terrace oriented South.  From this terrace one can access the private heated pool immediately via steps down to the private swimming pool of 10x5m.

The yellow bedroom (2 beds 90x200) is accessible directly from the living room. The bedroom tourelle is accessible from the entrance, via staircases. 

The yellow room of the provençal holiday rental in Nyons is the first bedroom. This bedroom with tiled floor is equipped with 2 beds 90x200. This first bedroom is very bright thanks to its location on the South and climatisation is available in the seating area. You can thus optimally enjoy the famous light for which the painters love the Provence.

The Turret room with airco the quietest bedroom of this holiday letting in Nyons. This bedroom accessible via a staircase. A vast library (with Dutch, English and French books for all ages) furnishes one wall.  The views over beautiful pines and in the distance the cemetery of Nyons guarantees peace !  This bedroom of the holiday rental has 2 bunkbeds (2x 90x200). Thanks to its situation, this room is ideal for the afternoon nap of the baby. The other family members can still play in other parts of the holiday letting without fear to wake up their little brother or sister. Thus your stay in the Provence will be relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family !

Mid-Week* (2p): de 445 to 895 €

*A financial participation to the heating expenses will be required: this will be done with the electric meter (0.25 euro/kWh price 1.1.2023). Thanks for your understanding.

Bedlinen (obligatory): 8€/person. Tourist-tax (obligatory): 0.75€/day/adult

• Rental of the holiday letting takes place from Sunday to Sunday !

• Deviation from this is possible after consultation (especially in low/mid season).

• Arrival: from 16h onwards. Departure: latest 10h

• The household will have to be made at the end of your stay in the holiday rental.

• Reservation is made by paying a deposit of 20% of the rental price. The remainder of the rental price must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

• Guarantee-Deposit: 350€ 6 weeks before your arrival at the holiday rental. This guarantee will be paid back ASAP when no problems are found on the check-out of the holiday rental.
